Limitrophe de Perpignan, Saint-Estève se positionne comme la troisième commune du département et connaît une belle croissance. Économique, avec sa zone industrielle La Mirande, culturelle, grâce aux programmations ambitieuses du Théâtre de l’Étang et du Mas Carbasse, mais aussi agricole avec ses exploitations viticoles et maraîchères. Elle bénéficie également de superbes espaces naturels dont une forêt de 30 hectares et un étang bordé d’une zone de loisirs.

Very near Perpignan, Saint-Estève is the third largest town in the department. It has been growing for some time. Commercially, with its industrial zone La Mirande and culturally with its ambitious programme at the Theatre de l’Etang and the Mas Carbasse. It is also expanding agriculturally with its viticulture and market gardening. It boasts some beautiful natural areas including a 30-hectare forest and a pond alongside a recreational area.
